Ireland Delivery Information
Please note during the busy Christmas period shipping can be delayed and parcels can take longer than usual to be delivered.
Last date to place orders for guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas 2023 is Friday 15th December order must be placed by 1pm.
Your order will normally be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days with exception to Irish Public Bank Holidays. (Subject to stock availability).
Please note during busy periods like Sale, Christmas & Black Friday dispatch may take up to 5-7 days. Please contact us if you need your order within a specific timeframe and we will do our best to get it to you as fast as possible.
From October 17th we will have 2 delivery options available in Ireland.

1. Standard Shipping with An Post - 2-5 Working Days
Free standard tracked delivery on Irish orders over €80 or An Post Standard delivery under €80 is €4.00 and takes between 2 - 4 working days. Please note during the busy Christmas period shipping can be delayed and parcels can take longer then usual to be delivered.
2. Same Day Delivery Available Dublin ONLY (City & County) if you order before 1pm.
Please note this is for online orders placed from our webstore location only and does not include Click & Collect orders. Delivery is not available on click & collect orders. Same day delivery has a fee of €10 on ALL orders.
Standard Shipping with An Post - 2-5 Working Days
Your order will normally be dispatched within 1 - 2 working days except for Irish Bank Holidays and busier periods like Black Friday, Sale Period and Christmas when dispatch is within 3-5 days of order placed. Please note that this is subject to stock availability if there is an issue with an item you have ordered we will contact you directly. Please note during the busy Christmas period shipping can be delayed and parcels can take longer then usual to be delivered.
All orders will be sent fully tracked by our parcel carrier An Post and you will get your tracking information via email when your order is dispatched.
Items dispatched via our parcel carrier An Post will generally arrive with you within 2 - 5 working days.

Same Day Delivery (Dublin only) Same Day
Grab Same-Day is our same day delivery provider.
Please note that this is a limited service and that cut off times are 1pm daily. Your order must be placed before 1pm to avail of same day delivery. Delivery of parcels takes place between 3pm -9pm.
Same Day Delivery is only available in Dublin city and county.
Please note that delivery is not available on click & collect orders this stock is available for collection ONLY!
Once your parcel is processed by Grab Same-Day you will receive an SMS with a live tracking link attached. Live tracking link SMS’s will only be sent to valid Irish mobile numbers.
If you have used a landline or an international number you will not receive your SMS. If email has been provided, then you will receive the link via email.
Sample of the Grab SMS:
“Hi, your [Business Name] delivery is being routed for delivery today. For the latest update click the link https://d.justfetchit.ie/73U8662108”
Recipients can Update Delivery Information
You can update the driver directly via the SMS tracking link provided. Simply click on the web link and select update delivery.
Eg. Gate code 1234
Grab can not change the delivery address whilst your package is en-route. If an address change is required this will take place the following day.
Grab Same-Day Delivery Process
The tracking link provided will keep you up to date every step of the way. A one-hour ETA will be visible after 3pm once routing has taken place. Delivery of parcels takes place between 3pm -9pm.
Grab Same-Day driver will:
1. Knock at the delivery address.
If they are unsuccessful
2. A call will be attempted to the number provided.
If this is unsuccessful;
3. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes from the time of arrival.
If unsuccessful.
4. If possible, the driver will leave with a neighbour.
POD: driver will save an image to the tracking link and text the recipient with the home address and name of the neighbour they left it with.
5. If none of the above are successful then Grab will reattempt to deliver your parcel the following day. Customers will be informed via their SMS tracking link of the reattempt date.
*Goods can be collected the next day after the order is dispatched.
The parcel can be collected from Grab Warehouse D03C972 from 2pm.
