The era of Bespoke Tailoring and Made to Measure suiting Best Menswear built its reputation and business on being the best hand crafted tailors in Dublin.
The swinging sixties and seventies brought ready to wear suits and casual wear to our stores. Best Menswear opens a new clothing factory to cater for the demand for bell bottom suits and supplies many of the leading stores and brands in the UK with suiting.
We expanded our stores to the suburbs of Dublin with Shopping Centers becoming the new way to shop. Casual wear expands and we see the introduction of denim jeans and brands like Levi’s Dockers Lacoste Ben Sherman and Farah.
The introduction of Premium International Menswear brands brings a new era to Best Menswear. Partnerships with Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein and Hugo Boss drive the business forward to become Irelands leading independent Menswear retailer. Clothing Sponsorships with the GAA and Leinster Rugby help confirm our position in the market.
We come full circle with the reintroduction of Made to Measure Tailoring back into the business and the opening of a new Flagship store in Jervis Street Dublin
