It does not constitute an offer by us to sell you any goods. By clicking “Make Payment” on our website you are making an offer to us to purchase the products based on these Terms and Conditions. We shall be free to accept or decline this offer at our absolute discretion.
The price of the goods which includes applicable taxes and delivery charges will be the price indicated on our website when you click "Make Payment". We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take into account any increase in our supplier’s prices or the imposition of any new taxes or duties or if due to an error or omission the price of the products on our website is wrong.
By sending an order confirmation by email to you, we accept your offer, at which point a contract will come into existence between us. Our contract will relate only to the products whose acceptance we have confirmed in that confirmation email.
We are obliged by law to supply goods in conformity with the contract.
This website is directed only at the residents of the countries set out in our delivery policy. No person outside those countries may enter a contract with us.

- When you use an online voucher code you accept our terms and conditions relating to that offer (in legal terms you are deemed to have accepted them and agree to be bound by them once you use them).
- You can only use one promotional code or discount offer per order. You cannot combine offers.
Please note this includes our 'Sign up for 15% off your first order'. This offer excludes sale items and only applies on full priced products. e.g. If a product has been already discounted, in sale or on promotion then you cannot get a further discount off this product. - Please note when purchasing with an online voucher you will be required to pay the postage fee at basket levl with a payment card. You cannot use online voucher codes to pay for delivery as gift vouchers aren’t viewed as ‘payment methods’ this is something we are currently working on changing so please bear with us while we work on this.
- Some brands or categories may be excluded from offers. As this varies by offer, you'll need to check individual offer details for such exclusions.
- If we give you a refund it will only be for the price you actually paid considering the offer or discount. If you return a single product from a multi-buy offer your refund will mean that you've effectively paid full price for the product(s) you keep.

Best Menswear Gift Cards
Best Menswear gift cards can be purchased in all of our stores and online here on our website.
You can choose either a physical Gift Card or a Digital Gift Card. Please note physical gift cards can only be used in Best Menswear stores and digital gift vouchers can only be used online at www.bestmenswear.com.
Customers returning items purchased with a gift card or evoucher will see the refund returned to the physical gift card or e-gift card used to pay for the item.
What happens if my gift card is lost/stolen?
A gift card is like cash so please be careful with it as we accept no liability for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards.
Does my gift card expire?
Our Best Menswear gift cards do not have expiry dates.
Your Account

BestMenswear.com is entitled, with immediate effect, to deny or limit access to our Platform, our (customer) service and/or your account, and/or to cancel a confirmed order, from being made by you in the event of any alleged or reasonably suspected form of fraud or abuse, non-compliance with applicable laws and/or regulations, non-compliance with BestMenswear.com values and guidelines this includes where 3D payment authentication has been unsuccessful after an order has been placed. 3D Verification is an additional security step that has been mandatory in the EU since 1 January 2021.

All information, data and materials presented on this website, including but not limited to names, logos, images, photographs, designs, prices, its source HTML code etc., as well as the colour scheme and the layout of the website, are subject to copyright, trade mark rights, database rights and/or other intellectual property rights. - any reference to a party to this contract includes a reference to his successors in title and permitted assigns
- the headings to the conditions are for ease of reference only and shall not affect the interpretation or construction of this contract.
Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts. This is without prejudice to Article 6(2) of Rome 1 which allows you to have the benefit of protection of the mandatory consumer law provisions in your country of residence.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under law.
Disputes
If a dispute arises between us, we recommend that you attempt to resolve it with us informally using the email address provided on our website.
Alternatively, disputes may be submitted for online dispute resolution to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform. The EU (Online Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes) Regulations 2015 requires all traders established in the EU, who engage in online sales or services contracts, and all online marketplaces established within the EU to provide a link to this platform which is available here
Credit Card Payments
You may pay by credit or debit card. While you may view the cost of items in different currencies, ALL PAYMENTS WILL BE PROCESSED IN Euros. Currency exchange rates used on this site are streamed daily from an independent currency conversion website. These rates are for guidance only, and do not dictate the exchange rate that will be applied by your card issuer.
To explain in more detail the process of purchasing in a non-default currency:
- The system accumulates all of the cosmetic prices, i.e. in the non-default currency, and displays this as the amount to be paid for the order
- When the customer attempts to pay, the system sends the order value figure in the default currency. This gets sent to the payment processor in order for the transaction to be fulfilled
- The payment processor then passes this on to the bank of the customer
- The bank receives the figure in the default currency and then converts it into the non-default currency via the exchange rate they use
- Unfortunately exchange rates fluctuate and it can never be an exact science - for this reason customers will experience marginal discrepancies when purchasing in a currency that is not EUR.
Your order will be processed if your checkout details pass our 3D Secure payment checks and can be verified by our credit card payment partner. This is to protect our customers from fraud. Best Menswear reserve the right to refuse an order without explanation.
Best Menswear is committed to providing secure and convenient payment options for our customers. In line with industry standards and best practices for security, we have implemented a policy regarding the acceptance of payment cards in store.

Acceptable Payment Cards:
Best Menswear accepts payment cards with chip and PIN technology only. This includes EMV (Europay, Mastercard, and Visa) cards and other chip-enabled cards.
Non-Acceptance of Magnetic Strip Cards / Signature Cards:
We do not accept payment cards with only a magnetic strip or signature-based authentication. This decision is made in the interest of enhancing security and minimizing the risk of fraudulent transactions.
All staff members are required to adhere to this policy and ensure its implementation during transactions.
