Our Doors are Closed but we are Open

Due to Government restrictions Best Menswear Stores are closed until December 1st. However while the stores are closed we are providing an In Store CLICK and COLLECT service at ALL our Stores. Simply follow the normal Click and Collect process and select your preferred store. We will then contact you to arrange a mutually agreed time to call to the store to collect your purchase. This will be done while following government social distancing protocols.

How much does it cost?

Click & Collect service is a FREE service, so all you pay is the price of your items.

How do I Use Click & Collect?

Simply add items to your basket on www.bestmenswear.com and from the checkout choose our Click & Collect option and choose a store of your preferred location. Enter your payment details on our one-page checkout and place your order.

You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will receive a second email that your order is 'ready for collection' at which point you can then visit your chosen Best Menswear store to collect.  Please note that during Level 5 restrictions our stores are closed so please wait for a staff member to contact you to arrange a suitable time to collect.  If you travel to store before you have been contacted the store will be closed.  If you require something within a particular time frame please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you.

Where do I Collect In-Store?

Visit the till area in your chosen Best Menswear store, this is the Click & Collect Collection Point.

What proof of purchase do I need to bring?

You must bring the 2nd email confirmation which has with the unique Order Number and Transaction Number. This can be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet device. You must bring the bank card used for verification purposes.

When can I Collect my shopping?

Please note that during Level 5 restrictions our stores are closed so please wait for a staff member to contact you to arrange a suitable time to collect.  If you travel to store before you have been contacted the store will be closed.  If you require something within a particular time frame please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you.

Remember you only visit the store once you have received the 2nd email confirming your order is 'ready for collection'.

What happens if I arrive before receiving the second email confirming items are ready for collection?

Unfortunately, we may not have your items ready for collection so please wait for the 2nd email.

What happens if my ordered item(s) is not available?

On the rare occasion that an item is not available we will contact you to discuss your order and options.
