Click & Collect service is a FREE service, so all you pay is the price of your items.
How do I Use Click & Collect?
Simply add items to your basket on www.bestmenswear.com and from the checkout choose our Click & Collect option and choose a store of your preferred location. Enter your payment details on our one-page checkout and place your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will receive a second email or call to let you know that your order is 'ready for collection' at which point you can then visit your chosen Best Menswear store to collect. Please note that during Level 5 restrictions our stores are closed so please wait for a staff member to contact you to arrange a suitable time to collect. If you travel to store before you have been contacted the store will be closed. If you require something within a particular time frame please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you.
Where do I Collect In-Store?
Visit the till area in your chosen Best Menswear store, this is the Click & Collect Collection Point.
What proof of purchase do I need to bring?
You must bring the 2nd email confirmation which has with the unique Order Number and Transaction Number. This can be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet device. You must bring the bank card used for verification purposes.
When can I Collect my shopping?
Please wait for a staff member to contact you to confirm your order is ready for collection. If you travel to the store before you have been contacted the store your order may not be ready for collection. If you require something within a particular time frame please contact us and we will do our very best to accomodate you.
