Please note click & collect is available for Christmas 2023 up until 12 midday on Friday 22nd December and will be back available from the 27 December 2023.
How much does it cost?
Click & Collect service is a FREE service, so all you pay is the price of your items.
How do I Use Click & Collect?
Simply add items to your basket on www.bestmenswear.com and from the checkout choose our Click & Collect option and choose a store of your preferred location. Enter your payment details on our one-page checkout and place your order.
You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will receive a second email or a call from our store to confirm that your order is 'ready for collection' at which point you can then visit your chosen Best Menswear store to collect. If you travel to store before you have been contacted the store may not have your order ready for collection. If you require something within a particular time frame please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you.
Where do I Collect In-Store?
Visit the till area in your chosen Best Menswear store, this is the Click & Collect Collection Point.
What proof of purchase do I need to bring?
You must bring the 2nd email confirmation which has with the unique Order Number and Transaction Number. This can be printed or shown on a smart phone or tablet device. You must bring the bank card used for verification purposes.
When can I Collect my shopping?
Once the store has confirmed that your order is ready for collection please proceed to store for collection. If you travel to store before you have been contacted your ordere may not be ready for collection. If you require something within a particular time frame please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you.
Remember you only visit the store once you have been contacted by the store confirming your order is 'ready for collection'.
What happens if I arrive before receiving the second email confirming items are ready for collection?
Unfortunately, we may not have your items ready for collection so please wait until a memeber of staff contacts you to confirm.
