Best Menswear Returns Policy
To give you extra peace of mind this season, we've extended our returns period for all purchases online & in store.
You can now return items purchased after October 20th for the holidays until January 5th, 2025.
Please note We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
With online orders all of our items are checked before shipping to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults however if you receive an item that has a fault or you are not happy with the item, please contact our customer service immediately on receipt of your order.
Online Purchases: Refund & Exchange Policy
If you decide that the product you purchased from us is not exactly what you were looking for, or is the wrong size there is no problem returning it to us;
Products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all swing tags still attached.
Best Menswear guarantees to refund any item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition (products must be in original saleable condition, unworn, unwashed with all swing tags still attached).

Please note that returns are at the customers expense however you can return your items into any one of our Best Menswear stores FREE of charge (See locations here).
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear
- Caps/ Hats & Masks unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
- Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards – We do accept returns of gift cards.
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/ refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Orders paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. This usually occurs within 24 hours, but please allow 3-5 working days to allow for refund to be cleared by your bank.
If you require an exchange:
To make your exchange process as smooth as possible and to avoid your desired item being sold out, we advise placing a new order if you want a different colour or size. You can then return the original item(s) and when return is processed you will receive a refund accordingly.
In Store Purchase Refund & Exchange Policy
For items that are purchased in store and returned to a store an exchange or credit note ** can be offered up to 14 days from date of purchase.
**As per usual returns policy all item(s) returned must be in saleable condition and with swing tags attached and your original receipt must be presented.
Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
- Underwear
- Caps/ Hats & Masks unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
- Gift Cards
- Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected in store, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Please note that sometimes we may need to wait for management to make a decision but if this is the case, we will take your details and contact you once a decision has been made.
If you are approved, then your exchange or credit note will be processed immediately.
Please note refunds are not issued for in store purchases.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 days, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is cleared. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@bestmenswear.com
